Invisible aligners, Recode Aligners, are manufactured with a transparent thermoflexible, biocompatible, biomechanically efficient material with thermal resistance.
The orthodontic material has a 3-layer design.
The external layers provide fit and resistance,while the intermediate layer has the ability torebound and recover from mechanical deformation, which makes it ideal to adapt to the patient’s teeth.
The orthodontic material used in Recode Aligners generates less force on initial insertion, but provides greater force of movement on the teeth over time, compared to other standard thermoplastic materials.
We have opted for an automatic process to be able to monitor the final result of our invisible aligners at all times. Thanks to the controlled regulation of the optimum levels in the temperature and pressure parameters, we can be sure at all times that there are no variations during the creation stage. In addition, we provide superior quality in the finishing of the cutting line due to the automatic use of the most cutting-edge technology.
